The procurement procedures are carried out in accordance with common practices through Open Tender, Limited Tender, Accelerated Tender, Direct Selection, Direct Appointment, or Direct Procurement. The Company then conducts evaluations in accordance with applicable regulations to obtain responsive, most advantageous, and accountable offers.
